PCs and servers need periodic monitoring and maintenance, just like cars need safety checks, oil changes, and tune-ups.  Not doing so will cause a breakdown when it is least expected or most damaging.  As a small business or home user, you likely don't have in-house I.T. staff to do this.  Even if you do, the preventative maintenance and monitoring can consume productive time of your staff.  If you don't have the time or skill to do the monitoring and maintenance, let a professional handle it!

As a subscriber to the BTMS plan you will benefit from these services that will predict and possibly prevent failures and crashes of computers and loss of critical business data, pictures, and music:

• Continuous remote monitoring by qualified network engineers

• Monitoring of antivirus and anti-spyware updates and scans, security updates and patches

• Monitoring of disk space, hard disk health and memory utilization

• Weekly tune-ups including deleting of temporary files and debris collected during normal use

• Inclusion of antivirus and anti-spyware licenses ($79 per year value, per covered PC)

• Remote access to your PC and/or server for support

• Any remote labor to address basic Windows functionality and security is included

• On-demand troubleshooting and project work at discounted labor rates via remote-access or on-site services. Our normal rates are discounted by 10%

All this is possible at a low cost due to automation of previously manual and time-consuming checkups.

Monthly Charges:

PC's: Your PC Desktops are covered for BTMS services for a low monthly fee of $19.95 per PC

Servers: Your Servers are covered for BTMS service for a low monthly fee of $199.95

One Time Setup Charges:

PC Setup There is a one time setup charge of $45 per PC

Server Setup: There is a one time setup charge of $145 per server
