The BTSS plan provides renewable remote and on-site support for computer systems, servers, network and peripherals.

We can do most of this via remote control, over the Internet. No more long hold times on the phone for tech support, waiting around for a technician to show up, or expensive travel costs.

 BTSS Subscription Plan

For a low monthly charge of about $20 per PC, the subscription provides remote preventive maintenance “visits” twice per year. Typically such maintenance can take 4-6 hours per PC per year, at a labor cost of $350 to $500 per PC. At the BTSS subscription rates, you are saving hundreds of $ on just the maintenance services!

What’s covered in the monthly charges?

The monthly subscription charge covers two “virtual” maintenance visits per PC. These will include disk maintenance; security and virus checks; installation of service packs; and critical updates for Windows and applications. (Detailed checklist provided at enrollment.)

20% Discount on regular labor charges for repairs and fixes handled via remote control, phone or email. 

20% discount on labor when on-site service is necessary. Travel charges are reduced as well.

Billing is in quarter-hour increments with no minimum billing.

Maintenance “visits” can be scheduled during off-hours, further improving your productivity. (Small surcharge applies for evening/weekend.)

BTSS Plan Features

When you sign up for the BTSS plan, you will pay the amount calculated in the form, which includes first month’s subscription charge, setup charge per PC and the retainer amount. A retainer account will be maintained by BizTech Helpers, and future monthly subscription charges will be deducted automatically from the retainer account. Also deducted will be any extra charges for remote or on-site service, parts and travel as used.

When the retainer account falls below 20% of the full amount, you will be invoiced to refill the retainer account. The bill will include a statement of all activity since last bill. This will reduce need to pay monthly or more frequently.

The BTSS plan does not lock you into an annual agreement. Your retainer balance can be refunded any time should you discontinue the subscription.
